FAQ

Common questions

How is this different from other AI sports cameras?

You own the recording, and you only pay for analysis when your team wants it.

No monthly fee to record. Most AI match cameras charge a monthly plan to record and download. With PitchSight Cam, auto-tracking and full-pitch footage are yours to download and keep, with no plan required.

Does not miss the ball moments that matter. Other AI sports cameras often miss key ball moments due to inaccurate tracking and a limited crop view. PitchSight Cam covers a wider tactical view and panoramic view for better off-ball movement and tactical review — so full-pitch footage stays with you even when tracking slips.

Add-on solutions specialised for your analytics workflow. Tagging, visual editing and more in one place — no need to subscribe to several tools.

Analysis built around your team, not generic stats. Bring the question your coach is asking, like “Do our strikers press together?”. PitchSight’s AI tracking finds the moment it happens, shows the pattern in clips, and organises the data into your club’s game model. We also support per-player highlights for individual development plans — built for youth academies as well as first teams. Book it per match or for the season.

Where do you ship? What’s the shipping time?

We ship worldwide. Delivery usually takes 2–4 weeks depending on the destination country. After you submit the order form, we’ll include shipping cost in our reply email.

Who is this for?

Teams that want every match on film without a monthly bill, plus analysis of their own team’s patterns when they need it.

  • Clubs, academies and schools that film league matches and training to review performance and share footage with players and parents.
  • Futsal and small-sided teams. It works indoors and on smaller pitches.
  • Coaches who want to check a specific pattern, like whether the far-side winger is free on a switch, or how often the opponent breaks between your centre-backs. PitchSight’s AI tracking finds every instance and shows it in clips.
  • Tournament organisers and federations that record many matches without paying a subscription for each camera.
Which pitches does it work for?

Grass, hard court, and futsal. The adjustable tripod extends from 1.78m to 6.1m, so you can set the right height for different venues.

Is a tripod included?

Tripod is typically an add-on. Tick it on the order form if you need one; we’ll confirm with your PitchSight Cam package.
